COMPENSATION POLICY

Delayed train, indemnity ticket!

A train arrived at its destination with a delay of at least 30 minutes for a TGV Lyria journey of at least 100 km. Under the 30-minute guarantee, compensation can be paid. Refer to the conditions indicated below depending on whether the ticket was purchased in EUROS or CHF.

Compensation for tickets purchased through an SNCF sales channel

  • Between 30 min and 1 hour: 25% of the ticket price in SNCF travel vouchers only.
  • Between 1h and 2h: 25% of the ticket price in SNCF travel vouchers or in euros.
  • More than 2 hours: 50% of the ticket price in SNCF travel vouchers or in euros.

Compensation for tickets purchased on a CFF sales channel

  • Between 30 min and 1 hour: 25% of the ticket price in SBB Railbons exclusively.
  • Between 1 and 2 hours: 25% of the ticket price in SBB Railbon or in CHF.
  • More than 2 hours: 50% of the ticket price in SBB Railbonds or in CHF.

How do I get compensation?

If the customer travels with an SNCF e-Ticket: Make the compensation request online from the contact form. You must specify the name and the 6-letter file reference.

If the customer is travelling with an SNCF or CFF ticket, fill in the envelope or any other form that was given on board the train or at the arrival station and attach the original train tickets and a RIB.

If the customer has not received an envelope, it is possible to send the documents directly, in a stamped envelope :
