La Table is the catering concept served instead to BUSINESS 1ERE travellers (service included in the ticket price).
La Table” cuisine uses the codes of classic catering with regional and seasonal recipes, products and a blend of French and Swiss know-how.
The service is served on a pedestal table and by the plate, offering an increased quality of service.
Depending on the time of day at which the passenger travels, different meals are offered:
- Breakfast: continental or French.
- Lunch/dinner: aperitif and starter, main course and cheese, dessert and coffee.
- Snack: sandwich or gourmet coffee.

Le Déli is the catering concept offered at the bar for STANDARD 1st and STANDARD (paid service) travellers.
Delicacies, sweet snacks, sandwiches, savoury snacks, hot or cold drinks, beers and wines, a range of products to meet the different expectations of travellers.
